1. Acceptance of Terms
By adding Arkon to a Discord server, authorizing the dashboard via Discord OAuth2, or using any command, feature, or panel provided by the bot, you agree to these Terms and to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use Arkon.
If you are configuring Arkon on behalf of a server, you represent that you have permission to do so (server owner / Administrator) and to bind that community to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Arkon is an all-in-one Discord bot offering features including but not limited to:
- Music playback via Lavalink / Kazagumo (YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, etc.)
- Moderation & security: Anti-Nuke, AutoMod, Anti-Link/Spam, Honeypot, Banned IP
- Verification (web captcha + age/account checks + IP duplicate policy), Platform Verify, Invite Tracker
- Utility: Welcome system, Autorole/Voice-role, Reaction Roles, Tickets, Suggestion system, Whitelist applications, Sticky messages, Auto-responder, Leveling
- Web Dashboard for secure OAuth-based guild configuration
Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time to improve security or comply with platform policies.
3. Eligibility & Compliance
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and comply with Discord's age requirements to use Discord and Arkon. You are responsible for ensuring your server's use of Arkon complies with Discord's Terms, local laws, and any additional rules you set for your community.
4. User & Server Responsibilities
- Permissions: Only grant Administrator to trusted users. Actions taken via the dashboard under your account are your responsibility.
- Configuration: You are responsible for correctly configuring channels, roles, and thresholds (e.g., verification, antinuke whitelists, ticket staff roles). Misconfiguration does not create liability for us.
- Content: You are responsible for messages, embeds, images, and media your server creates via Post Maker, Auto-responder, Welcome cards, etc.
- Backup: Maintain your own backups of important server data; we do not guarantee persistence of logs or configs.
5. Acceptable Use — What You Must Not Do
You agree not to:
- Use Arkon to spam, harass, dox, distribute illegal content, or violate Discord's Terms/Guidelines
- Attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, bypass rate limits, or exploit verification, economy, or premium systems
- Use self-bots, automation to evade bans, or attempt to access data of servers you do not manage
- Upload malicious files, phishing links, or NSFW content where it violates Discord or guild rules
- Use Platform Verify or Whitelist screenshots to impersonate others or submit falsified evidence
6. Dashboard & OAuth
The dashboard uses Discord OAuth2 (identify + guilds). You authorize us to read your user profile and guild list to determine which servers you can manage (server owner / Administrator). Sessions are stored securely via a signed cookie with automatic expiration.
You must not share your dashboard session, attempt to bypass security checks, or access guilds you do not have permission for. We enforce CSRF protection and rate limiting.
7. Premium Services
Certain features (Leveling, VC Guard, Sticky, Premium branding, some Auto-responder limits) require a paid tier (Basic / Pro / Elite). Premium is granted per-server or per-user, may expire, and may be revoked for abuse or chargeback. Unless otherwise offered, premium is non-refundable and non-transferable. We may change pricing or perks with notice via the dashboard or support server.
8. Intellectual Property
Arkon's code, dashboard UI, design, and branding are owned by the Arkon team. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the bot in your Discord servers. You may not copy, re-host, or misrepresent the bot as your own. Server-owned content you create (welcome images, posts, tickets) remains yours.
9. Third-Party Services
Arkon relies on third parties: Discord API, Lavalink nodes, Spotify API, MongoDB, Cloudflare Turnstile (captcha). Their terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for outages, API changes, or content served by those services (e.g., lyrics, music streams).
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Arkon is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted music playback, or that the bot will be error-free or meet your requirements. Lavalink / Discord outages are outside our control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Arkon team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the bot or dashboard. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts you paid (if any) for premium in the last 3 months.
12. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, remove the bot from a guild, or blacklist a user/guild that violates these Terms or Discord's policies. You may stop using Arkon at any time by removing the bot and revoking OAuth access in Discord Settings → Authorized Apps. Upon termination, guild configs may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
13. Changes to Service & Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where practical, a notice in the dashboard or support server. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, remove the bot and stop using the dashboard.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
